Pemindahan Bandara BDO–KJT

JAE melayani penerbangan terakhir Indonesia AirAsia QZ-0753 di Bandar Udara Internasional Husein Sastranegara (BDO) pada 28 Oktober 2023, dan penerbangan pertama Indonesia AirAsia QZ-0750 di Bandar Udara Internasional Kertajati (KJT) pada 29 Oktober 2023.</br></br><p>KJT telah resmi menggantikan operasi penerbangan pesawat berjenis JET di BDO. Sebelumnya, JAE telah melayani MRO untuk penerbangan domestik dan internasional di BDO selama lebih dari 10 tahun, dan JAE akan terus mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam mengembangkan konektivitas udara dan pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata Tanah Air.</p></br><p>Should you have any other questions, please let me know. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil monitoring umum TPB periode September 2023 di lingkungan Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) TMP Ngurah Rai, yang dilakukan secara tahunan.</p><br/><p>JAE dinilai telah memenuhi kriteria Existence, Responsibility, Nature of business, Auditable (ERNA), sarana dan prasarana, IT Inventory, dan CCTV. Jetstar International berkunjung ke Head Office PT JAS Aero Engineering Services

JAES A380 BALI

PT JAS AERO ENGINEERING SERVICES SIAP MELAYANI A380 PERTAMA DI INDONESIA PT JAS Aero Engineering Services (JAE) telah dikenal dengan baik sebagai perusahaan MRO terkemuka yang menangani berbagai jenis pesawat terbaru dan tercanggih di Indonesia. JAE menjadi MRO pertama yang mensertifikasi B787 dan A350 masing-masing pada tahun 2013 dan 2016. PT JAS Aero Engineering Services kembali dipercaya menjadi penyedia jasa line maintenance dan sertifikasi pesawat Airbus 380 pertama di Indonesia. Penerbangan perdana Emirates A380 akan dilakukan pada 1 Juni 2023 di Bandara Internasional Ngurah Rai, Denpasar Bali. Airbus 380 adalah pesawat berbadan lebar besar yang dikembangkan dan diproduksi oleh Airbus. Ini adalah pesawat penumpang terbesar di dunia dan satu-satunya pesawat jet dek ganda ukuran penuh. A380 memungkinkan 545 kursi dalam konfigurasi 4 kelas standar tanpa mengorbankan kenyamanan. Pesawat ini dilengkapi dengan empat mesin pendorong sebesar 70.000 lb, baik produksi Rolls-Royce Trent 900 atau General Electric / Pratt & Whitney Engine Alliance GP7200. Armada A380 global telah menyelesaikan lebih dari 800.000 penerbangan selama 7,3 juta jam terbang tanpa adanya insiden korban jiwa. Sejak memasuki layanan pada tahun 2007, Airbus telah memproduksi 254 pesawat A380 untuk 16 operator di seluruh dunia termasuk Emirates. JAE memiliki tim engineer dan mekanik pesawat terlatih yang menjalani serangkaian pelatihan dan uji kompetensi yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Pelatihan Emirates di Dubai. JAE juga mendapatkan otorisasi dan persetujuan dari Otoritas Penerbangan Sipil Umum (GCAA) Uni Emirat Arab. Jetstar Asia Airways Safety Commendation

We are proud to announce that one of our Employees, Inno Prabowo received compliment from Jetstar Asia Airways on 22 September 2021. The Safety Commendation certificate is given to Inno due his safety awareness. On 9 July 2021, during the departure from CGK parking gate, the pilot of 3K206 informed the headset man (Inno Prabowo), that had ATC given clearance to pushback and that he could commence the procedure. Prior to responding to the pushback clearance, he diligently scanned the rear of the aircraft for obstruction and noticed an aircraft taxying nearby. He immediately informed the crew that he would be holding the pushback till the taxi way was clear. Inno's vigilance has avoided a potential aircraft collision. Small action make a big impact. Good job, Inno! Keep up the good work and thank you for your great contribution.

Bakti Sosial Harhubnas 2023

Memperingati Hari Perhubungan Nasional (Harhubnas) 2023, Tim PT JAS Aero Engineering Services (JAE) Surabaya berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan bakti sosial bersama dengan Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah III (21/09/23). Demi mendukung Kementerian Perhubungan dalam mewujudkan "Melaju untuk Transportasi Maju", JAE siap bergerak bersama seluruh elemen demi terciptanya transportasi maju dan terus melakukan perbaikan serta mengakselerasi seluruh layanan.

Another proud moment came from our Futsal Team. On 30 January 2019, our futsal team successfully brought home trophy as the winner. The friendly match was conducted in DPS at Club Jimbaran with final score JAE-Air Asia is 4-3. 118th IATP Convention in Yogyakarta

The International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP) is a convention of airlines made up over 100 member airlines. In the spirit of co-operation, members of the aviation industry gather twice yearly to discuss sharing of resources, reducing costs, while improving operationg effeciency. Under its auspices, members share aircraft recovery information updates and training, aircraft parts and tooling information, ground handling equipment, pooling for spares and manpower facilities. The membership has grown to boast 300 delegates around the world, making it a diverse and multi-cultural community. The 118th IATP Conference, hosted by GMF Aero Asia in collaboration with Garuda Indonesia, was held at the Yogyakarta Marriot Hotel in Indonesia, from 6th to 10th October 2018. The location was highly appreciated by IATP delegates, as well as a visit to Borobudur Compounds, the world's largest Buddhist temple which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. PT JAS Aero-Engineering Services is one of the 3 founding associate members in IATP (International Airlines Technical Pool). The convention is a significant event to build on its relationships and exchange feedback with existing and new potential customers. In this opportunity, we held discussions with our existing customers such as Turkish Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, Air New Zealand, Royal Brunei Airlines, Eva Air, Korean Airlines, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways and Thai Airways. As well as other IATP member airlines as potential future customers attending the convention like Rossiya, Xiamen Airways, Kuwait Airways and China Airlines. JAE co-sponsored some of the coffee break events and also contributed to the lucky draw at the Gala Dinner. From JAE, the IATP conference was attended by Bpk Alan Moss (VP Director), Bpk Ho Kahkien (Operations Director), Bpk Indra Waskita (Marketing Manager), Ibu Irma (Assistant Manager Marketing), and Ariesta (Marketing Executive). On the last event of convention, the Gala Dinner, JAE also participated as a sponsor for the lucky draw. The prize, a Samsung A6 hand phone, was drawn by Bpk Alan Moss and won by Rex Shen from Xiamen Airlines. Ibu Irma as our Assistant Manager Marketing won Ipad Mini from Gameco. This was their lucky night, congratulations to Rex and Ibu Irma!

Golf with Customer CGK

On 27 September 2018, JAE Marketing Team arranged a Golf Event with customers from CGK at the Cengkareng Golf Course followed by a lunch hosted by PT JAE. From JAE, the Golf event was attended by Bpk Werry Orbani and Bpk Indra Waskita, with Bpk Alan Moss, Bpk Ho Kahkien and Bpk Antoni Simanjuntak joining the invitation at lunch time. Customers participating in this Golf event included Ibu Trisna (Station Manager Etihad Airways), Bpk Nur Shaffik Harris (Country Manager Malaysia Airlines), Bpk JC Chang (Station Manager Eva Air) and Bpk Jiang Meiti (Maintenance Manager Xiamen Airlines).

Director of Operation Farewell Party

<p>On 27 March 2018, PT JAE conducted farewell party for our Director of Operations Bapak Sayid Wijilianto Utomo who has completed his posting tenure in PT JAE of approximately 3 years.</p> <p>The event was held in ex-Mandala room at Wisma Soewarna and was attended by BOD of PT JAE, Managers, HO Staff, Operations and QAD teams. At the event, we displayed slide shows about achievements in the 3 years while Bapak Sayid was our Director of Operations and testimonials from our BOD, Managers, and Staff.</p> <p>Our President Director Bapak Werry Orbani, Vice President Director Bapak Alan Moss, and Director of Finance Bapak Antoni Simanjuntak presented souvenirs to Bapak Sayid as a high expression of appreciation and gratefulness for his contributions during his work in PT JAE. We wish Bapak Sayid all success for the future. In the event, we also welcomed our new Director of Operations, Bapak Ho Kah Kien. We wish Pak Ho success with PT JAE.</p>

<p>This year 2018, PT JAS Aero-Engineering Services (PTJAE) officially launched its new logo to strengthen the company identity, enhance the company’s branding and add consistency according to existing regulations and legalities. We hope the new company logo will provide a positive impact to customers of PTJAE’s identity as a significant Line Maintenance Handling Company and add to increased business growth. We are proud to be part of the PT JAE family, and an important member of the CAS Group and SIAEC.</p>

Commercial Team Gathering with JAS, JAE, PMAD

<p>On 17 January 2018, JAE and JAS were invited by PMAD for a CAS Group Commercial team lunch gathering which was held at the Purantara Building (PMAD). The purpose of this gathering was to enhance sharing between all CAS subsidiaries and business units (JAE, JAS, PMAD, CASB, CASC, and CASD). The gathering was hosted by Bapak Mingki F. Tanoed who is the PMAD Commercial Executive Director. The most interesting part was when PMAD brought everyone on a tour of their facility to introduce food processing for airlines standards which was led by Bapak Herman Sulaiman who is the PMAD Director of Operations. The tour was enlightening, entertaining and detailed. All participants learned much about Airline Catering processes and the strict hygiene standards required.</p> <p>Thank you PMAD for having us.</p>

JAE 14th Anniversary Event Celebration

<p>JAS Aero-Engineering Services officially turned 14 years, since it was established on 1^st December 2003. The anniversary event was held on 15 December 2017 in the Function Room at Purantara Building (PMAD) and was celebrated by JAE employees in CGK. We also invited Bapak Wahyu Sulistiono (Station Manager SUB) and Bapak I Made Subudi (Sr. Staff DPS) to represent their respective stations. For the other stations, they celebrated JAE Anniversary with lunch together.</p> <p>The purpose of this event is to increase harmonization among employees and to motivate every individual within this company to increase performance and productivity through better bonding, co-operation, collaboration and communication. The event was fun-filled and well attended by all employees in CGK. Those on shift duties joined the festivities when they had completed service handling of their scheduled customers. Similar celebrations were held at other JAE stations.</p> <p><em>Charity Giving to Orphans</em></p> <p>This charity is dedicated to the family from <strong>Bapak Dadang Asmansyah</strong> who worked in JAE since 2010 as GSE Operator. Bapak Dadang passed away on 30 December 2012. We hope that this humble contribution will assist and encourage more strength and resilience for the family to succeed in the years ahead.</p>

Farewell for Ibu Tutik, Ibu Ria, and Bapak Ardi

<p>In December 2017, JAE organized a farewell party for three of our employees, Ibu Sutri from HR department, Ibu Fajaria and Bapak Ardi from Finance & Accounting department. The event was held in Soewarna Building, and was attended by JAE BOD, Managers and staff. Bapak Werry Orbani expressed high appreciation to Ibu Sutri, Ibu Fajaria, and Bapak Ardi for their contributions. Appreciations and well wishes accompanied farewell cakes for everyone. Although Ibu Fajaria was unable to attend the event, we wish all of them good luck for their new beginnings and for the future!</p>

Airline Operators Committee (AOC) Meeting

<p>AOC or “Airline Operators Committee”, was formed to provide opportunities for dialogue, education, advancement and improvement of all aspects of the airport operations through meetings, seminars, communication, publications, programs and activities. The members of the AOC comprise mainly of Airlines operating on scheduled flights to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) but also include non-airline handling agents, and other handling companies that directly service the airlines.</p> <p>AOC meetings are held once every month. For the very first time, PTJAE sponsored the AOC meeting conducted on 12 October 2017 at the Cengkareng Golf Club and attended by AOC members, with Bapak Salam Ibrahim from Qantas Airways as the current AOC Chairman. The event went smoothly with participants lunching and socializing together before the meeting started. This event is highly useful to promote JAE’s branding and business to be more widely known to the AOC participants and Airlines. We hope that JAE can be included as an AOC member in the near future.</p>

Airport Authority Anniversary

<p>The CGK Airport Authority Anniversary was held on September 17th 2017, when they hosted an event that required participation from the companies in and around Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The friendly competition was conducted at the Sports Club of Garuda Indonesia, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.</p> <p>PT JAE’s Futsal team and Fishing team participated and contributed to the event. Winning or losing did not matter since all participants were happy to contribute to the anniversary event, even if they could not bring home the trophy.</p>

Customer Retention in Halim

<p>On March 24th 2017, marketing team hosted with Pak Purwono (a Bandara Halim representative) to gather JAE Customers in Halim in support of customer communication and retention. At this meeting held at Halim, JAE customers included My Indo Airlines, Airfast, and Pegasus. In this discussion, we receive compliments and opinions and feedback from the customers. On the other hand, JAE was able to also promote our services to potential customers. The intent of the meeting was to share capabilities with customers and to improve customer services and handling.</p>
